About Pattee Realty, LLC
The Proud History of Pattee Realty Pattee Realty has a proud heritage. We have been a family run business operating in the Salt Lake City Valley for almost 80 years. We were founded by George “Clyde” Bradshaw in the late 1920’s, and became a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors in 1929. Clyde operated the business as Bradshaw Realty through the late 1940’s when Dwight G. Pattee, his son in law, took over the business and changed the name to Pattee Company. Dwight had joined Clyde after serving in the Army Air Corp in World War II as a B-17 Aircraft Commander and flying 35 missions from locations in England and shortly thereafter marrying Clyde’s daughter, Vella. Dwight brokered the company until he passed away in 2005. His son Brad Pattee took over the company then and changed the name to Pattee Realty, LLC. He has been brokering the business since. Brad began his real estate career in 1970 while attending the University of Utah. He has actively sold, invested, developed, financed, and constructed properties since he began. During this period he also engaged in other activities and studies including military service as an US Air Force aircraft commander, is a major airline captain, has completed graduate studies earning a master’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC), and obtaining his Real Estate Brokers status in 1980. Pattee Realty, LLC, has and continues to engage the services of only the brightest and the best agents in the real estate industry. We bring years of real estate experience to the table and offer commitment, excellence, and professionalism to all of our clients.
